2. Data Collected

When using the ClockTAM app, we collect and store the following data:

  • Company Contact Data: When a company registers in our app, we store the contact information of the company.
  • Employee Data: Users (such as admins and managers) can store their employees’ contact details in the app. These details can be edited or deleted by the users at any time.
  • Working Hours: Recorded working hours are stored and processed to ensure accurate time tracking and attendance verification.
  • Geolocation Data: During time tracking, users may optionally collect geolocation data if this feature is intentionally activated. These data can be deleted by users at any time within the app.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Working hours will be retained for a minimum of two years while a valid contract is in place. After the contract expires, we reserve the right to delete these records after three months.
  • Tax-relevant customer data will be retained in accordance with legal retention periods.
  • The company account (admin account) remains active for a minimum of two years after the contract expires, while employee accounts remain active for at least one year. After these periods, we reserve the right to delete the data.

4. Uploading Images

Users can upload profile or company photos. These images are stored securely on servers that meet current security standards.

5. Email Services

We use the SendGrid service to send emails. This service is GDPR-compliant and ensures the privacy of your data.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are handled exclusively through PayPal. We do not share any payment data with third parties, except for PayPal as the external payment service provider.

7. Use of Third-Party Providers

While our app does not use cookies, uploaded images are stored securely by an external provider, and payments are processed via PayPal. These external providers comply with GDPR requirements.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized access, and misuse. This includes secure email transmission, image storage, and data transmission during payment processing.

9. User Rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data we store at any time, as well as the right to request the correction, deletion, or restriction of data processing. 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements or our data processing practices. The current version will always be available within the app.
